Lauryn is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Disability Studies. She plans on having a classroom that celebrates and encourages all identities while teaching through a lens of social justice. A few of her favorite pedagogical approaches are; Universal Design for Learning, Multi- Cultural Classroom, and Montessori. Through her experiences at OSU, she has learned that academia is not the most equitable environment. She strides to make change at the very beginning: Elementary School. Outside of work...Her dream is to find her name on a memento in a gift shop.
