Mentorship

The Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program partners with the Alumni Association, Program Alumni and community leaders across the country to provide extensive networking and coaching to our Fellows. Over the course of four semesters, Fellows will connect with mentors in the following ways:

• Personal Development - Confidence, Leadership, Relationship Building and Motivations
• Professional Development - Career Trajectory, Networking, Resume Development and Interview Prep
• Ethical Leadership - Cultural Experiences, Value Alignment, Decision Making,
