Amanya will pursue her Master's in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources post-graduation. She plans on utilizing her Strategic Communication and Sociology degree to transform the field of Human Resources through culturally informed strengths training and professional development. She is extremely passionate about the advancement and empowerment of Black women within the world. This passion drives her to mentor and engage in various activities in the Black community. She aspires to work in Human Resources with the end goal of becoming a Chief Diversity Officer. On her free time, she loves walks near the water, playing with her dog, and spending time with friends and family.
