Alexander Jones
- Title: Global Sourcing Project Manager, Johnson & Johnson
Alexander Jones is the Global Sourcing Project Manager within Johnson & Johnson’s external innovation group. In this role, he manages a set of tools and executes search landscapes across many therapeutic and focus areas to source external early-stage innovation on a global scale.
Previously, Alexander held multiple positions within Johnson & Johnson in the innovation space, including as a 3D Printing Engineer and a manager providing training to J&J Supply chain on emerging capabilities.
In addition to being part of the advisory board for the Buckeye Leadership Fellows, Alexander is an alumnus of the program and was part of the 3rd cohort. The BLF program was and continues to be an instrumental and important part of his personal and professional growth. Alexander is excited to be part of the advisory board to give back to the program, connect with current fellows, and be part of the continued impact the program offers.
Alexander earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts with his partner, Broderick.
