After completing her undergraduate, Aimee will complete her master's in Dietetics and Nutrition in order to become a registered dietitian. From there, she will open her own vegan restaurant with a bakery. Ultimately, she would develop a system where no food goes to waste through having a community fridge, donating excess food to food banks, and having a food truck that provides free meals. Her end goal is to positively impact food insecure communities.
