Leadership Studios

Leadership studios are 90 minute engagements hosted and facilitated each semester by Ohio State alumni, faculty, and Columbus community partners. Each studio session provides content centered in one of our primary collections:

  • Foundational Collection - includes topics related to leadership fundamentals
  • Historical Collection - critical decision making and leadership application from historicall significant events
  • Mastery Collection - development of habits, routines and perspectives
  • Military Collection - discovering and applying military leadership themes and frameworks
  • Well-being Collection - development of personal wellness
  • Portrait Collection - seminar series featuring OSU Alumni

Although the BLF curriculum includes a series of sessions on professional skills, personal growth and leadership topics, we are always looking to create new experiences, based on the expertise of our supporters.
