Senior Challenge: Children's Hunger Alliance

Over the next month, BLF Senior Fellows will work as a large group to research, create, and implement a cultural competency facilitation for the staff members of the Children’s Hunger Alliance. The Fellows' challenge will be to consult with the Children’s Hunger Alliance and create a facilitation to address the following areas: leadership standards, vision/mission, staff, volunteers, cultural concepts, training and development, work/service climate, community involvement, service delivery, and outcomes management standards.
