Family and friends joined students in March for a day of exposure to BLF programming. Hosted by Chef Joel Linik and the Instructional Kitchen at the Ohio Union, Fellows and guests were divided into teams and allotted 60 minutes to prepare a themed appetizer and main entrée.
Upon completion of the 60 minutes, each team presented a sampling of their cooking to a panel of judges and a winner was selected. During this event, participants were challenged to develop their creativity and innovation, teamwork and communication skills, and time management. A special thank you to the Office of Student Life – Parent & Family Relations and all participants and judges for a successful event!
