BLF Begins Recruitment of Next Class
September 25, 2013
Current OSU Sophomores are encouraged to apply to be the next class of Buckeye Leadership Fellows.
The Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program (BLF) attracts a diverse group of sophomores and offers them a highly customized personal and professional development experience. BLF integrates students’ values, skills, and dreams into real-life leadership challenges that enable them to deeply explore what is possible for them after graduation from Ohio State.
Unlike any other program of its kind, BLF is funded, managed, and facilitated by a group of extraordinary alumni and community leaders, who bring real-world perspectives and a valuable network to the cohort experience. The curriculum is designed to stretch each student to become significantly more self-aware, to build upon their unique capabilities, and to learn how to give, process, and receive feedback, in order to be a more effective leader in a variety of situations.
