Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program

Program Curriculum

Over the four semesters in the Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program, Fellows engage in workshops, leadership and personality assessments, reading and personal reflection on the following topics:

  • Semester 1: Personal and Professional Development
  • Semester 2: Leading Teams and Navigating Change
  • Semester 3: Culture, Values and Ethical Leadership
  • Semester 4: Leaving a Legacy

Workshops are one-time, 2 hour engagements hosted and facilitated by Ohio State alumni, faculty, and Columbus community partners. The focus of workshops is to offer “theory” on a particular topic and immediately connect it to “practice,” through an application activity. Although the BLF curriculum includes a series of workshops on professional skills, personal growth and leadership topics, we are always looking to create new experiences, based on the expertise of our supporters.
