Beth is currently serving as the Assistant Director for the Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program with a primary focus on curriculum development, leadership programming, recruitment, selection and coaching of Fellows. She joined Ohio State in 2013 where she began work in staff training and development and leadership programming for the Department of Recreational Sports. She brings to BLF over 9 years of experience in student development, facilitation and leadership initiatives. Beth holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and received her Master of Education in Educational Administration and Policy from the University of Georgia. She is currently obtaining her PhD in Educational Studies with a concentration in Philosophy and History of Education in The Ohio State University's College of Education and Human Ecology.
