Our Newest Advisory Board Member

We are pleased to announce our newest advisory board member, Bethany Klynn!

Bethany Klynn is Vice President, Learning & Engagement for L Brands.  In this role, she is primarily responsible for enterprise-wide efforts related to leadership development, culture and engagement, associate opinion surveys, performance and talent management, succession planning, and internal communications.  She works closely with senior leaders on topics such as leadership development, change leadership, team development, and organizational culture.  She has been with L Brands for more than seventeen years. 

Prior to joining L Brands, Bethany did private consulting in a number of different industries.  She did work for Steve Wilson & Co., The Strategy Team, Seville & Holdsworth Ltd, and the Columbus Civil Service.  She has also held positions as adjunct teaching faculty with several universities in the central Ohio area in the fields of Organizational Behavior and Statistics. 

Bethany earned her Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.  She holds both an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University.  In addition to serving on the Advisory Board for the Buckeye Leadership Fellows Program, Bethany serves on the Board of Directors for Harmony Project and the Columbus Jewish Federation.
