Buckeye Leadership Fellows Alumni Brianna Pecsok is doing exciting things! As a recent OSU graduate majoring in International Relations and minoring in Hebrew and Nonprofit Studies, Brianna was selected as the first Cincinnati fellow in Israel by the Jewish federation of Cincinnati’s Partnership2Gether Committee.

Spring 2016 - Abercrombie & Fitch: Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives

On Tuesday, April 12, students in our Sophomore Cohort delivered final presentations to challenge partner Abercrombie & Fitch. The students were divided into teams and asked to develop solutions and implementation strategies regarding internal diversity communications for the company. Each team of Fellows approached the challenge from a unique lens – see the summary of their approaches below:

Spring 2016 - Dawson & BHM CPA Group Generational Workplace Differences

Fellows in our Junior Cohort completed work on their leadership challenge with the BHM Certified Public Accounting Group and Dawson recruiting agency. The students were tasked with identifying gaps in intergenerational workplace differences and delivering potential solutions to problems in diversity, recruitment, and onboarding initiatives within the firms.
